We are in the Golden Village Shopping Center located on the southwest corner of S Golden Rd and Johnson St. Our facility is right next to the Goodwill so feel free to drop off all the old "donation stuff" you've got sitting in your car on the way out!
Our classes start with a warm-up, followed by a technique lesson taught under our structured curriculum of the month. The Coach will help you hone your skills and support your development over time. The second half of class utilizes the technique-of-the-day to maximize your workout on our 125 LB Muay-Thai Style heavy bags. We end on a high note with fun rounds, heavy sweat, and Killer Jams so you leave every class EMPOWERED!
All training backgrounds are welcome, and no experience is necessary. Your first lesson is meant to teach you the basics of boxing and kickboxing, so you know everything you need to for your first class!
Yes, we do! Almost half of our schedule is boxing-specific classes that do not require you to kick if you want to focus on honing your hand speed and head movement, and "kick" the roundhouses to the curb!
You do not need any special gear. We have everything here for you to use! On your first day, just wear comfortable workout clothes and a valid ID!
We have classes from 6 AM to 7 PM every weekday along with extra classes on the weekends! If you are curious about a specific time, check out our FREE INTRO to see our availability and schedule.
Expect it to be the best hour of your day! You have the choice of working 1on1 with a Coach to learn the basic skills, or jumping right into one of our awesome classes. Either way, a Coach will get to know what you're looking for, make sure we are a good fit for your goals, and help build an accountability plan to get you on the track to #MPOWRment!
At MPOWR we understand that keeping your body safe for long-term health is of the highest priority. Feel free to book an intro lesson or give us a call if you have questions about specific injuries as our team of staff is more than happy to help offer modifications or suggestions for your individual needs.
We are primarily a membership-based community with tons of options to fit what works best for you! Drop-ins are always welcome to check us out! Feel free to reach out with any further inquiries or check out our social media as we are often running kick-butt specials!
All of our classes are for ages 13 and up. If you are looking for training for a child under 13, they are welcome to work 1on1 with a Coach in a Private Setting. Schedule a free intro lesson to learn more about whether MPOWR is a good fit for your child!
All of our members have access to open gym training time during our open hours. Maximize your training and results by using your free time to hone your skills and utilize our free weight equipment!
